My experiences have driven me to expand my knowledge and open Jess Be Fitness to those who need an extra push in a fun and motivating environment.

My name is Jessica. I’m a mom and a fitness enthusiast. My passion for fitness has always been a driving force in my life. Helping people get FIT is something I’ve always aspired to do. I love being a positive influence and take pride in my patience and dedication to helping others achieve their goals.
A little background about me: I participated in a challenge where I earned 2nd place out of over 500 participants. This experience taught me discipline and self-truth, especially during a time of hormonal changes and personal struggles. There were moments when facing my reflection in the mirror was difficult, but watching my body transform firsthand empowered me. Now, I am committed to empowering others. My journey has fueled my passion for fitness and my continuous quest for knowledge, leading to my success in creating effective fitness programs.
Fully Body Days
Fully Body Days is a training method that trains all muscles to burn calories and gain strength due to various movements.
Spilt Training Days
Spilt Training Days allows time to focus on muscle growth and building that strength, Whether you are working out your upper/lower area.
HIIT Days
(high-intensity interval training)
HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high-intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements.
What are the training days?
Classes are held Monday through Friday, with a bonus session every other Saturday.
- Monday: Upper/Core
- Tuesday: HIIT Day
- Wednesday: Lower/Core
- Thursday: HIIT Day
- Friday: Lower/Core
What times do you have onsite classes?
